- Big Eddy Bridge: This bridge in Waitsfield was built in 1833 and restored in 1975. It is the oldest operating covered bridge in the state and has the longest clear span of any Burr truss bridge in Vermont.
- Pine Brook Bridge: Built in 1872, this is the smallest covered bridge in Vermont. It carries North Road over Pine Brook just outside Waitsfield. The structure has never been altered and is open to public use.
- Upper Coxbrook Bridge: This 51-foot-long upper bridge, constructed of Queenpost truss, offers particularly scenic views.
- Lower Coxbrook Bridge: Constructed in 1872, it carries Cox Brook Road over Cox Brook. This is one of the only locations where one historic covered bridge in Vermont can be seen from another.
- Station Bridge: Due to its location, this bridge allows you to see the Upper and Lower Coxbrook bridges, the other bridge where you can see another from it.
- Slaughter House Bridge: Located in Northfield, which has the state’s highest concentration of covered bridges. This one carries Slaughter House Road over the Dog River.
- Tiny Mosely Bridge: Even though this is the smallest bridge in Northfield, don’t miss this 39-foot hidden gem.
- Lincoln Gap Bridge: On your way back to Warren, this 88 feet long bridge is a Burr Arch design, and it’s conveniently located near some lovely hiking trails.
- Cornish-Windsor Covered Bridge: If you want to head out on a more extended road trip, this is the longest of the Vermont covered bridges, clocking in at 460 feet and connecting Vermont to New Hampshire.
