We are Peter & Susan, owners and innkeepers, and along with our friendly indoor cat Tigger we look forward to being your Warren, Vermont Bed and Breakfast Hosts. We will give you a warm welcome, treat you as our personal guests, and provide concierge service to help you get the most from your visit to Vermont’s Mad River Valley.

Weddings & Events
Our Handsome Red Barn, beautiful grounds, & spacious meeting rooms are ideal for group events. We can host up to 50, perfect for charming Vermont “barn wedding” receptions, formal dinners, and corporate retreats. Couples can be married in the gardens or near the ponds. For smaller groups, we have settings in the B&B itself, and in the warmer months our covered Garden Terrace seats up to 30.

Vermont's Mad River Valley
Vermont’s Mad River Valley is a very special community in the center of the state. It encompasses the towns of Warren, Waitsfield, and Fayston as well as the Sugarbush and Mad River Glen ski areas. Most of the residents enjoy one or more skiing, mountain biking, arts & crafts, and of course making visitors welcome year-round.
Virtually all the businesses and restaurants are locally owned and operated and we are very proud that we have no traffic lights at all in the whole valley – they are simply not needed. Vermont’s Long Trail runs along the Green Mountain ridge above the valley, and there are extensive hiking and mountain biking trails to enjoy.
In the warmer months, the Mad River itself offers many swimming holes where you can cool off and have fun.
